We accept bank transfers.
End of stay cleaning charge is EUR110 which should be paid directly to the management in Spain. All other charges are included in the price (taxes, electricity, bed linen, towels, beach towels, meet&greet charges etc).
To secure the booking we ask for a deposit of EUR150.
Additional, we request a EUR250 damage deposit, which will be refunded if the apartment is left in good order.
Before a booking can be accepted a member of the party must complete and sign a booking form and pay the deposit to secure the booking. The full amount is due for payment 12 weeks prior to arrival.
In the unfortunate case that you will need to cancel, we will refund the full amount already paid, provided the cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel between 30 and 15 days before arrival, we will refund 50% of the paid amount.
No refund is possible for cancellation less than 15 days before arrival.
We advise our guests to take out travel insurance to cover any cost due to cancellations.
Corona virus pandemic update
In case travel is not possible due to the COVID-19 situation or if local authorities do not allow rental of the vacation home, we will give you a full refund, irrespective of the time of cancellation.
According to Spanish law we need to ask for the copy of the passport of all the individuals staying in our property. We can only let you stay if you comply with this regulation.
